Purchased my second car battery from Battery Central. Great team of people, prices represent top value, products are well made and very reliable, free fitting at the shop, nothing too much trouble, PLUS right next to a great little cafe. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Nathan at Acacia Ridge and I can’t recommend highly enough the service that he provided, and not only did he recharge the batteries(elsewhere I was offered 2 replacement batteries at a cost of $800) and then fitted them back in to our Motorhome as well and being a senior citizen he did the job as part of the service. Having someone like Nathan in a job like this is an absolute credit to his employer and I was so grateful that he works in the area that I live.

Brand new car battery purchased less than a year ago and now died. The number you provide for customers to call in urgent situations simply does not connect! Now I am sitting in my garage and waiting for roadside assistEdit: they have honoured the warranty and now it is resolved

I got a battery for my outlander this morning and Nathan was excellent in helping me to find the right battery. His knowledge about batteries are exceptionally good and from the time I walked into the store, he had a big smile and he was excellent in customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, who needs battery.
Honest Business, outstanding Service. Went in today morning to get my car battery checked. Was given a free consultation and report and advised my battery was good and wouldn’t need a new one just yet.Will be back here when I need a new Battery later this year.

Just had a really amazing experience with Greg at Acacia Ridge store. I dropped in to get my car battery tested and maybe it was because I went in with my bub, Greg came out and tested my battery right away which meant I skipped the queue a bit for the fitting bay.Greg took the time to do all the tests and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for and he did it in a really friendly and pleasant manner. Usually these kind of errands can be a bit intimidating for me as I don’t know much about these things but Greg really put me at ease. In the end, I didn’t need a new battery today but the service I got means I definitely will return when I do! Please give this man Employee of the Month award 😃
Went to Battery Central today to get a battery for my boat ,these guys are very friendly ,knowledgeable and excellent customer service and great price this will be my new battery place for sure ,thanks fellas.
I called Supercheap Auto, Mycar and Repco and these guys were not only $80 cheaper for the same battery, they installed it ofr free. On the spot. Nathan was super helpful and did the install and Kathy was as pleasant as anyone could be in her role. Even if you start out with the bigger suppliers, give these guys a call to compare prices.i doubt they’ll be beaten in price, service and quality. GO SEE THEM
