The staff provided prompt service, and the installer was very professional and meticulous. I replaced the batteries for two Volkswagen vehicles at the same time – a pickup truck and an off-road vehicle. I had previously replaced the pickup’s battery (without auto start-stop function) at another repair shop, and there was only a $100 difference in total cost (battery + installation) compared to this store. This clearly shows great pricing advantages here. I hope the new battery lasts a long time. Thank you so much!

Battery Central offered the battery I needed for $71, versus $120 at other shops. Kathy was very friendly on the phone when ordering the battery, the battery was delivered to the shop, next day, on time, and Nathan was very helpful filling the battery with acid for me. All-in-all, great service from Battery Central, Acacia Ridge.
